U.S. Orders
We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders of $500 or more. For orders under $500, available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.
Canada & United Kingdom
We offer complimentary shipping on orders of $1,000 or more. For orders below $1,000, available international shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
A.Lynn orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
Full-price merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
A.Lynn reserves the right to decline returns showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, fragrance, deodorant or makeup marks, staining, or other evidence that the merchandise is no longer in its original condition.
Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of certain A.Lynn textiles, knits, embroideries, and embellishments, returned merchandise must be handled with particular care.
Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase, as well as custom or special-order merchandise, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please contact info@alynndesigns.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Our team will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting A.Lynn.
For eligible returns, the cost of a prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping is complimentary if you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
